Lessen the Harmful Effects of Milk Pollutants by Breastfeeding

Last year, the China milk scare surprised many of us and sent us on paranoia’s edge because we don’t know which brands are contaminated and which are not. The thought of feeding our children with contaminated milk is not acceptable.

The China milk scare is not the only thing that mothers have to worry about; even processed milk can have ingredients which could be environmental pollutants. Imagine feeding your baby with this kind of milk.

This is one of the many reasons why we should rely on breastfeeding instead of having our children intake processed milk which might be full of preservatives and other artificial stuff. Breast milk is the most natural choice that we have when it comes to milk and it will surely give a lot of benefit, not only for your baby, but for yourself also.

Breastfeeding will not only benefit your baby in a short-term basis, but it will also be beneficial all through adulthood. Studies show that breastfeeding minimizes the risk of having cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis and obesity among other things.

A mother’s milk is considered an agent of immunity, nutrition and possesses antioxidants which are all very helpful in rearing up healthy children who will then grow up to be healthy adults also.

So, the only option is to go natural. Feed your baby with breast milk and brush all your worries aside.
