If you have any questions and/or concerns about breastfeeding you should contact your Doctor or a Lactation Consultant(LC).

INSURANCE

Can I get this product billed directly to my insurance carrier?
Unfortunately we can not bill directly to your insurance carrier at this time. We will be more than happy to provide you with documentation of your purchase so you can file for reimbursement.

Can I get reimbursed for my breast pump?
Yes, you can, but insurance carriers and policies vary. It is worth the time to check your policy for any potential reimbursements that may be owed to you.

How do I go about getting reimbursed?
First contact your insurance carrier regarding your specific policy. If you are not eligible for reimbursement, then you may also want to inquire whether or not this would be covered under your Flex Spending Account. Contact information can probably be obtained via your company HR department.

Find out their requirements for reimbursement.
1. They may need a doctor’s note stating that your use of a breast pump is “medically reasonable and necessary” along with a prescription from your doctor.
2. They may need specific coding such as procedure/equipment codes and a diagnosis code.
3. They may also have their own forms that you need to file for reimbursement.

Why hasn't my product shipped out yet?
When we receive your order, we ship out all items ASAP. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number if it is being shipped via USPS or a tracking number if we have used UPS. In certain circumstances, your order will be delayed an extra 1-2 business days because of our billing verification procedures. BreastPumpDeals.com takes numerous steps to ensure fraud protection. If your order can not be verified, it will be canceled and you will receive an e-mail from customer care stating that your order could not be processed. Breast Pump Deals reserves the right to deny any order at its sole discretion.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Breast Pump Deals customers do not pay sales tax, unless you are a customer located in Florida. Customers located in Florida pay the current sales tax rate. All tax exempt organizations within Florida should enter their tax exempt code in the comments area. Our customer service will remove the tax after we receive the order.

Why are your prices so low?
